The shipping time was a little too long especially when the product is going from one EU country to another. Also, a few of the spacers were not in perfect condition. Th edges of a few of them were jagged and chipped. | |

Transakcja przebiegła pomyślnie, lecz jedna z tulei w Zestawie miała za małą średnicę otworu wewnętrznego. Ratunkiem było posiadanie przez serwisanta innej tulejki o właściwej średnicy. Wniosek - może się zdarzyć brak w jakości , jak wszędzie. Może miałem szczęście w nieszczęściu :-). | |

Respuesta de SkatePro: Das klingt ganz nach einem Produktionsfehler, wenn die Bohrung von den restlichen Spacern abweicht. Am besten schickt man in diesem Fall einfach kurz eine Email an unseren Kundenservice, mit einem angehangenen Foto, damit wir uns dann schnellst möglich um eine Lösung kümmern können. /Gregor |
